BEST EVER BROKER

Stephen is the best ever broker in the UK. I Already had a few mortgages (re-mortgages) done by him and his team. This time the case was difficult due to the solicitor. Stephen and his team went above and beyond. Regularly chasing the third party for me to bring successful results. Stephen and his team is Highly approachable, responsive to all queries.

Absolute heroes! Steve and Emma were so helpful for us a first time buyers, wouldn't imagine buying a house in the future without their help. Could not recommend them highly enough they are a credit to their industry and professions.

CREDIT TO THE JOB

Me and my partner are first time buyers, however my partner has bad credit and we were told by other companies that we would never stand a chance at owning our own property, we then had the pleasure of meeting Steve, he really is a credit to the job that he does! With his dedication and hard work he’s made our dreams come true and made it seem easy in the process, there will never ever be enough words to be able to say thank-you! Forever Grateful

"As first-time buyers, my partner and I didn't have a clue about how to get the ball rolling. A family friend gave me Stephen's contact information, and we will forever be grateful.   Stephen was amazing from the get go. He explained everything that he would need from us for the application process, but he also helped us to understand that process as a whole and what to expect after our paperwork was complete and submitted.   He helped with our agreement in principle (more than once) and then the actual mortgage application. He also helped with our life cover and put is in contact with another fab guy for other insurance policies that we would need moving forward.   Stephen was super friendly, very understanding (again, we were clueless), and he went above and beyond for us (replying to our messages straight away, even if he was out of office for example). I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, and we will no doubt use his services again in the future.

Steve has looked after our mortgage for quite a few years now and I cannot recommend him or the service he offers highly enough. Steve puts your needs and requirements ahead of everything else and will do his upmost to get you the best deal. He is very patient and takes the time to explain all your options, and is great at getting back to you with any answers either over phone or by email. While ever I require a mortgage and Steve is available, I won't be going anywhere.

GOING THE EXTRA MILE

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 

Dealing with Steve made the whole remortgage process so much easier. Not having access to the office and the normal signing process and printing off documents was made so much more difficult. However Steve helped with this process going the extra mile and talking us through new apps to help. Steve also helped with the verifying  of our marriage certificate , a process that was proving difficult otherwise. We would highly recommend Steve and his professional but friendly manner. We put all of our faith in him and feel he has got us the best deals. Incredibly pleased with the outcome. Thank you for everything.

I was given Stephen's number and a recommendation by a family member when looking for a mortgage advisor and I am extremely grateful for it.   I cannot fault Stephen in any way and infact cannot praise him highly enough.  Absolutely brilliant service , super friendly, makes everything easy to understand especially when you are a first time buyer like I am.  Nothing is too much trouble.  I must have bugged him 5 or 6 times since he sorted my mortgage out and he replies straight away and sorts things out for you with no fuss or stress.

Genuinely cannot recommend him high enough. Just a first rate service and top guy to boot.
